The song is called "Queendom"
It was written in the jungle of Costa Rica two years ago. I was attending a women's retreat called "Shakti Sound"....a ten day gathering of 60 women all learning music recording and production, and supporting each other to embody fully their inner creatrix. Finding myself immersed in this beautiful space with such empowered and embodied goddesses taught me so much and gave me a new level of access to those parts of myself.
And so I gained a deeper connection on this path of remembrance of self.
"Queendom" is a song for the awakening shakti energy within and upon mother earth, and for the return of true sisterhood, a force that can and does move mountains!
This song is fully self recorded and produced, and mastered by the amazing Karl Vincent.
